Detailed description
Detailed description
Designed for navigation and fishing applications, the Navico 9-Pin High Speed Skimmer 50/200 kHz depth sounder is a versatile transducer for displaying depth and water temperature. This model supports 50 kHz and 200 kHz frequencies, with a power output of 600W. It is also compatible with Low/High CHIRP ranges (50/200 kHz), depending on the connected device.
Performance and technical specifications
The Navico 9-Pin High Speed Skimmer depth sounder can reach a maximum depth of 914 meters (3,000 feet) at 50 kHz, making it suitable for deep waters. Its "High Speed Skimmer" design allows it to maintain accurate readings at high speeds, up to 60 knots (70 mph). The transducer includes a temperature sensor for comprehensive environmental data. It comes with a 6-meter (20-foot) cable and connects via a black 9-pin connector.
Installation and compatibility
This transducer is designed for installation on the transom or through-hull, ensuring mounting flexibility. For optimal performance, it must be mounted in an undisturbed water flow. It is compatible with a wide range of Navico devices, including Lowrance, Simrad, and B&G, which use 9-pin connectivity. The depth sounder operates within a temperature range of 0°C to +50°C and can be stored from -30°C to +70°C. Its weight is 0.37 kg.
