The Scanstrut 10" rear tilt modular bracket, with its 7"x 7" base, is designed for mounting various marine electronics. Made from marine-grade 6082 aluminum extrusion, it provides a robust and versatile mounting platform for radars, satcom systems, cameras, Starlink systems, and navigation lights.
Design and Durability
This bracket features a high-gloss white polyester powder coating applied through a 4-step marine-grade painting process, ensuring resistance to harsh marine environments. Its design includes pre-drilled mounting holes, simplifying installation by eliminating the need to cut radar ports and use marine sealant. This approach also facilitates equipment maintenance.
Modularity and Installation Flexibility
The Scanstrut SW-PMA-107-M1 mounting system is modular, allowing two electronic devices to be mounted on a single footprint. It accommodates various installation configurations, including flybridge arches, cabin roofs, and inclined decks. Multiple base plates and light bars are available for added flexibility, with a light bar able to be bolted to the rear of the PowerTower. For specific applications, an ADA plate must be provided separately, particularly for radome and beam radars.
