Detailed description
Detailed description
The NAVICO XSONIC Airmar CM275LH-W transducer is a 1 kW CHIRP sonar designed for in-hull installation on sportfishing and commercial vessels 8 meters and longer. This urethane model offers dual-channel CHIRP capabilities, combining low and high frequencies for detailed underwater imaging.
Advanced Sonar Performance
This transducer operates on a low-frequency band of 42 to 65 kHz with a beam angle of 25° to 16°, enabling precise bottom tracking down to 914 meters. The high-frequency band, from 150 to 250 kHz, features a constant 25° beam, optimized for superior resolution in the upper water column and shallower depths, with a maximum range of 152 meters. This combination ensures broad coverage and effective fish detection in shallow water.
Design and Integration
The CM275LH-W features a seamless SEALCAST™ urethane housing for durability in marine environments. It is specifically designed for mounting in a cavity or welded tank, typically in metal hulls, and can adapt to any deadrise angle. The transducer integrates Xducer ID® technology and provides both depth and rapid-response water temperature data. It comes with a 10-meter cable and two black 9-pin connectors. For operation, a compatible sonar module such as the NSSevo3S or S5100 is required.
