Automata irányítók: biztonságos és pontos irány tartás

Az automata irányító egy nélkülözhetetlen berendezés minden navigátor számára, legyen az part menti vitorlázás, nagyvizi átkelés vagy verseny. A Skysat-nál, a nagyvizi versenyekben szerzett tapasztalataink alapján tudjuk, hogy egy megbízható és teljesítőképes irányító a fedélzeti biztonság és kényelem záloga. Válasszon az automata irányítók és komponensek közül, amelyeket szigorúan a strapabíróságuk és pontosságuk miatt választottunk ki.

Válassza ki a megfelelő irányítót a hajójához

Az automata irányító kiválasztásakor figyelembe kell venni a hajó méretét és típusát, valamint a navigációs programját. Léteznek különböző típusú irányítók, amelyek specifikus felhasználási területekhez vannak igazítva. Segítünk eligazodni a főbb lehetőségek között.

  • Belső hidraulikus irányítók: Nagyméretű vitorlásokhoz és motoros hajókhoz ideálisak. Nagy teljesítményt és pontosságot nyújtanak robusztus hidraulikus munkahengerekkel. Példa: Raymarine Evolution irányítók hidraulikus szivattyúkkal.
  • Külső irányítók: Motoros hajókhoz, amelyek külső kormányzással rendelkeznek. Egyszerű telepítés és kis helyigény. Példa: Garmin Reactor 40 külső irányító.
  • Lapátkormányos irányítók: Közepes és kis méretű vitorlásokhoz alkalmasak. Közvetlenül a kormánylapátra szerelhetők. Példa: Raymarine EV-100 Sail irányító.
  • Irányító számítógépek: A rendszer agya, amely integrálja a szenzorokat és a vezérlő algoritmusokat. Kompatibilis különböző interfészekkel (NMEA 2000, SeaTalk NG). Példa: B&G H5000 számítógép.

A szenzorok és interfészek jelentősége

Az automata irányító teljesítménye a szenzorok minőségétől és a fedélzeti hálózatba való integrációjától is függ. Egy pontos irányérzékelő és megbízható visszajelzés kritikus a optimális irányításhoz. A jó NMEA 2000 integráció lehetővé teszi a rendszer teljes potenciáljának kihasználását.

  • Irányérzékelők: Giroszkóp, fluxgate vagy inerciális központ. A választás a kívánt pontosság és a költségvetés függvényében történik. Példa: Simrad Precision-9 irányérzékelő.
  • Kormányállás-szenzorok: Pontos információt szolgáltatnak a kormányállásról, amely kritikus a gyors reagáláshoz.
  • NMEA 2000 és SeaTalk NG interfészek: Lehetővé teszik az irányító integrálását más navigációs műszerekhez (GPS, szélirány- és sebességmérő, stb.) és a szél-, áramlási adatok kihasználását.
  • Teljesítmény egységek: Biztosítják a hidraulikus munkahenger táplálását és vezérlését. Válasszon egy olyan egységet, amely megfelel a hajó méretéhez és a munkahenger teljesítményéhez.

Telepítés és beállítás: a kulcslépések

A helyes telepítés elengedhetetlen az irányító megbízhatóságának és teljesítőképességének garantálásához. A szenzorok kalibrálása és a vezérlési paraméterek beállítása kritikus lépések. Ha nem biztos a dolgában, forduljon szakemberhez.

  • Kompasz kalibrálás: Elengedhetetlen a mágneses devíció hibáinak kompenzálásához.
  • Vezérlési paraméterek beállítása: Erősítés, ellenkormányzás, stb. Ezeknek a paramétereknek a beállítása a tengeri viszonyok és a hajó viselkedésének függvényében történik.
  • Kapcsolatok ellenőrzése: Ellenőrizze, hogy minden elektromos és mechanikai kapcsolat megfelelően ki van-e építve.
  • Tengeri tesztek: Végezzen tengeri teszteket az irányító megfelelő működésének ellenőrzéséhez, és szükség esetén állítsa be a paramétereket.
