The Mini 6.50 PGN Ocean Racing is a Mini 6.50 foiling prototype designed by Sam Manuard and built by JPS Production (La Trinité-sur-Mer) for American skipper Peter Gibbons-Neff Jr. Fifth unit in the Manuard proto lineage after Nicomatic, it aims for full-flight performance downwind while remaining manageable in solo sailing.

Launch planned for spring 2026, two seasons of tuning, then target Mini Transat 2027 (La Rochelle–Canaries–Salvador de Bahia, approx. 4,000 nm single-handed).
