Detailed description
Detailed description
The Maretron J2K100-01 J1939 to NMEA 2000 converter is a bridge designed to integrate J1939 system data into an NMEA 2000 network. It converts information from engines and generators, making these data accessible on NMEA 2000-compatible displays and systems.
J1939 Data Integration
This J2K100-01 module translates messages from the J1939 protocol, commonly used by diesel engines and other marine industrial equipment, into the NMEA 2000 standard. This conversion enables centralized monitoring of critical parameters such as engine RPM, temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level directly on your Raymarine multifunction display or any other NMEA 2000 display.
Reliability and NMEA 2000 Compatibility
Manufactured by Maretron, a specialist in marine networks, the J2K100-01 is NMEA 2000 certified. This certification ensures the product has been rigorously tested to meet critical safety criteria and correctly implement network management and messaging. It guarantees seamless integration without interference and compatibility with all NMEA 2000-certified equipment. Maretron products are also tested to IEC 60945 standards for marine navigation and radio communication equipment and systems.
