Designed for demanding marine environments, the Mastervolt EasyCharge 6A 1 Output UK Plug battery charger is a reliable and durable charging solution. This model delivers a maximum charging current of 6 A for 12 V battery systems, with a single isolated output for a dedicated connection. It is compatible with a wide range of 12 V lead-acid batteries, including wet, gel, AGM, and spiral types, for recommended capacities of 20 to 120 Ah.
Robust design and charging performance
The Mastervolt EasyCharge 6A charger features a fully sealed, epoxy-filled, non-corrosive housing, giving it an IP68 protection rating. This design makes it resistant to water, salt, shocks, and vibrations, allowing installation in exposed locations. It operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -20°C to 50°C, delivering full power up to 40°C.
This charger integrates a 5-stage automatic charging process (Regeneration, Bulk, Absorption, Float, Maintenance), optimizing battery lifespan and ensuring a complete charge. The input voltage is universal (90–265 V AC, 50/60 Hz), enabling worldwide use. It comes with an AC cable with a UK plug (BS1363 type G) and DC cables with eyelet terminals for permanent connection.
Safety and compliance
The Mastervolt EasyCharge 6A is a Class I unit, equipped with a 10 A DC fuse. It includes multiple protections against sparking, short circuits, reverse polarity, overvoltage, current limiting, and excessive temperatures.
