Detailed description
Detailed description
The Nexans TITANEX H07RN-F 3G1.5 cable is a flexible and robust wiring solution designed for demanding environments. Compliant with EN 50525-2-21, HD 516, and IEC 60245-4 type 66 standards, it features bare copper conductors of class 5 for high flexibility, facilitating complex installations and mobile applications. Its 3G1.5 configuration means it has three 1.5 mm² conductors, including a green/yellow one for grounding.
Design and technical performance
The sheath and insulation are made of special cross-linked elastomer (EPR rubber), giving the TITANEX cable notable mechanical properties. It offers high crush resistance, good resistance to chemicals, oils, and vibrations. Additionally, it is designed to limit fire and smoke generation and propagation, with a fire reaction rating of Eca (per EN 50575) and compliance with IEC 60332-1 (C2) and NF C 32-070 flammability standards. The cable can withstand a maximum conductor temperature of 90°C in service and operates within an ambient temperature range of -25 to 55°C. Its nominal voltage is 450/750V for mobile applications and 0.6/1kV for fixed installations.
Installation versatility and durability
The TITANEX H07RN-F 3G1.5 is suitable for various installation conditions, whether indoors or outdoors. It can be laid on cable trays, shelves, inside conduits, or fixed to walls. Its UV resistance allows installation without additional protection outdoors, and it can be submerged with additional mechanical protection. Its dynamic bending radius is 6 to 8 times its outer diameter (minimum 71.4 mm) and static bending radius is 3 to 4 times its outer diameter (minimum 35.7 mm), providing excellent maneuverability. This cable also complies with the European RoHS 2011/65/EU directive, ensuring the absence of hazardous substances such as lead.
