The Raymarine D003 is a 25 mm (1") pushrod extension for Raymarine tiller drive autopilot actuators.

Pushrod extension for tiller drive

This part extends the cylinder rod of the autopilot to achieve the correct distance between the mounting sleeve and the tiller pin. In Raymarine document 87279-3-EN, it corresponds to a dimension C of 648 mm.

Mounting compatibility

This extension is used in Raymarine tiller drive autopilot installations (ST1000/ST2000, ST1000+/ST2000+, and Evolution Tiller Drive) depending on cockpit configuration and the dimensions specified in the manual.
