Detailed description
Detailed description
Designed for managing high-power electrical circuits on board, the BEP 779-LBJ-2-B 2-way busbar is an essential component for organized and secure power distribution. With a 650A capacity, it is suited for applications requiring high amperage, such as connecting inverters, windlasses, or bow thrusters.
High-performance connectivity and BEP modularity
This busbar is made from high-purity copper, tinned for optimal resistance to corrosion in marine environments. It features two contacts, allowing efficient connection of two fuse holders or high-current terminals. The integration of BEP’s patented Contour Lock system simplifies modular assembly with compatible fuse holders, ensuring clean and scalable electrical installations. Unlike standard ATC busbars, often limited to 100A, or the Pro Installer 779-LB-2 400A busbar, the 779-LBJ-2-B 650A model is specifically sized for the highest electrical loads aboard.
Space optimization and integration
The design of BEP busbars, including the Pro Installer range, aims to optimize space in electrical compartments. This component is part of the Navico Group / CZone ecosystem, enabling seamless integration within complex electrical systems. Its durable construction is suited to the constraints of marine environments and recreational vehicles, ensuring a reliable and stable connection for critical equipment. It is specifically designed to connect BEP fuse holders in configurations requiring continuous and protected power supply for multiple circuits from a single source.
