Detailed description
Detailed description
The ECHONAUTICS TM70M600 transducer is a CHIRP mid-band transducer specifically designed for transom mounting. It covers a frequency range from 80 to 130 kHz with a power output of 600 W, providing depth and temperature sensing capabilities.
Performance and Accuracy
With CHIRP technology, the TM70M600 ensures improved target discrimination and image clarity. Its beam width varies from 26° to 16° at -3 dB, allowing seabed coverage up to 69 m in diameter at 150 m depth. Maximum achievable depth is 274 m (900 ft).
Installation and Connectivity
Transom mounting is simplified by a stainless steel bracket. The integrated cable is 9 m (29.5 ft) long and terminates in a standard 8-pin male connector, compatible with a wide range of CHIRP fishfinder systems. It is critical to ensure electrical isolation of the stainless steel bracket from metal hulls to prevent galvanic corrosion.
