This Garmin marine chart covers the Atlantic coast of Spain and the entire coast of Portugal, from Gijón to Cadiz, including Lisbon and the Guadalquivir River up to Seville. It is provided on a microSD™/SD™ card for direct installation in compatible Garmin chartplotters.
Garmin Navionics+ Charting: Essential Features
Garmin Navionics+ charts integrate Garmin and Navionics data for detailed coverage and clarity of coastal and inland waters. A one-year subscription is included, providing access to daily updates via the ActiveCaptain® app. The Auto Guidance+ technology calculates a suggested route from dock to dock based on desired depth and clearance. The depth gradient feature offers up to 10 color options to visualize target depths, while contours down to 0.5 m (1 foot) provide a representation of the seabed structure. Shallow water shading helps identify areas to avoid, and the view is customizable with various layers and overlays. NOAA raster charting is available for free download via the ActiveCaptain app, and integration with ActiveCaptain enables route planning and data synchronization.
Garmin Navionics Vision+ Premium Features
The Vision+ version includes all Navionics+ features and adds advanced elements. High-resolution seabed shading combines colors and shadows for clearer seabed visualization than contour lines alone. Downloadable high-resolution satellite imagery improves situational awareness, supplemented by clear aerial photos of ports, marinas, bridges, and other landmarks. The 3D FishEye view provides an underwater perspective of the seabed, while the 3D MarinerEye view represents the environment above and below the waterline. The dynamic lake level feature adjusts charts to current water levels, ensuring accurate navigation in lake areas.
