Detailed description

The Raymarine D004 is a 51 mm (2") pushrod extension for Raymarine tiller drive autopilot actuators.

Pushrod extension for tiller drive

This part extends the autopilot cylinder rod to achieve the correct distance between the mounting bushing and the tiller pin. In the Raymarine 87279-3-EN manual, it corresponds to a dimension C of 673 mm.

Mounting compatibility

This extension is used in Raymarine tiller drive autopilot installations (ST1000/ST2000, ST1000+/ST2000+, and Evolution Tiller Drive) depending on cockpit configuration and manual dimensions.

Before ordering, measure the actual distance between the fixed point of the cylinder and the attachment point on the tiller. If the offset to be corrected is vertical, consider supports/elbows D009, D010, D011, D159, or D160 instead of a pushrod extension.
