The Raymarine A80737 is the electromechanical cockpit actuator for tiller sailboats. It is designed for Raymarine Evolution EV-100 autopilot systems in 12 V and mounts between the cockpit and the tiller.

Actuator only, not a complete kit

This part number refers to the tiller actuator alone. It does not replace a full EV-100 kit: the EV-1 sensor, ACU-100 computer, pilot control head, SeaTalk NG cabling, and mounting hardware must already be installed or ordered separately depending on the installation.

Installation and usage limits

The actuator connects quickly to the tiller and can be removed when the autopilot is not in use. Raymarine specifies it for tiller sailboats up to approximately 6,000 kg displacement, provided the tiller is in good condition, has clear travel, and the mounting geometry is respected.
