The Scanstrut Ventura cold water outlet is designed to withstand a maximum pressure of 8 BAR (115 PSI) from your water system.

What are the specifications of the washdown hose included in the kit?

The kit includes a washdown hose made of PU (polyurethane) material with an uncoiled length of 3 meters (10 feet). Its diameter is 9 mm (0.35 inch).

Is the washdown gun supplied with the water outlet adjustable?

Yes, the washdown gun has an adjustable spray pattern to suit your cleaning needs. It is made of stainless steel and includes a locking switch for flow control.

What is the waterproof rating of the Ventura Series cold water outlet?

The Ventura Series cold water outlet has IP68 and IP69K waterproof certifications. This protection applies to the front face of the device only when the cover is closed.

What type of connection is required to link the water outlet to the boat's water system?

To connect the water outlet to your boat's water system, you will need a standard ½” BSP female hose fitting. This fitting is not included in the kit.

What are the drilling dimensions for installing the Scanstrut Ventura cold water outlet?

For installation, you will need to drill two holes of Ø38 mm (1.5 inches) and pilot holes for the four #6 mounting screws. A drilling template is provided in the technical documentation for precise installation.

Does the washdown kit include an isolation valve for maintenance?

The washdown kit does not include an isolation valve. However, it is recommended to install a ½” BSP isolation valve between the connection and your boat’s water system to simplify future maintenance.
