Motorized and Manual Battery Switches (Series 700)

The Series 700 from BEP is the benchmark range for marine battery switches, available in manual, remote-controlled, and VSR/VSS versions for all configurations. Built with solid silver contacts and an IP66 housing, these battery switches provide complete isolation of the battery bank for maintenance, winterization, or emergency safety.

701-MDVS / 701-MDCZ: Remote-controlled 275 A continuous (1500 A cranking) battery switches, VSS version for automatic paralleling, CZone version for NMEA 2000 integration.

BEP’s Smart Battery Hubs (SBH) revolutionize the management of multi-engine battery banks by integrating switching, monitoring, and automatic paralleling in a compact, IPX7-rated waterproof housing. Each hub reports individual voltages and overall state of charge via NMEA 2000 for direct integration with multifunction displays.

VSR / VSS: Automatic Bank Coupling

BEP’s voltage-sensitive relays (VSR) automatically couple batteries during charging while maintaining isolation at rest, allowing the alternator to recharge both engine and service batteries simultaneously without cross-discharge risk.
