Actionatoare: mușchiul pilotului dvs. automat
Actionatorul este componenta principală a pilotului automat, transformând comenzile electronice în mișcare fizică asupra cârmei. La Skysat, având experiență în cursele offshore, știm că un actionator fiabil și precis este esențial pentru menținerea drumului și optimizarea performanței ambarcațiunii dvs. Aici veți găsi o selecție riguroasă de actionatoare, de la modele liniare până la cilindri rotativi, adaptate diferitelor tipuri de ambarcațiuni și cerințe.
Tipuri de actionatoare
Alegerea actionatorului depinde de dimensiunea ambarcațiunii, tipul de cârma și necesitățile dvs. specifice. Înțelegerea diferitelor tipuri disponibile este esențială pentru o integrare reușită a sistemului.
- Actionatoare liniare: Ideale pentru cârmele drepte sau sistemele de direcție hidraulice, oferă o împingere directă și precisă. Mărci de referință: Raymarine, B&G.
- Actionatoare rotative: Potrivite pentru cârmele cu roată, transmit mișcarea printr-un sistem de angrenaje. Oferă robustețe ridicată și instalare simplificată. Mărci de referință: Lecomble & Schmitt, Octopus.
- Cilindri hidraulici: Pentru ambarcațiuni de dimensiuni mari, furnizează putere mare și fiabilitate ridicată. Compatibilitatea cu sistemele de direcție hidraulice existente trebuie verificată. Mărci de referință: Lewmar, Hypro.
Criterii de selecție
Mai mulți factori trebuie luați în considerare la alegerea actionatorului. Puterea, compatibilitatea cu pilotul dvs. automat și ușurința instalării sunt elemente esențiale.
- Cuplu de ieșire: Determinat în funcție de dimensiunea și deplasamentul ambarcațiunii dvs. Un cuplu insuficient poate duce la pierderea controlului în condiții dificile.
- Consum electric: Un actionator economic energetic este primordial, mai ales în timpul navigațiilor lungi. Verificați tensiunea de alimentare (12V sau 24V).
- Compatibilitate: Asigurați-vă de compatibilitatea cu centrala de navigație și cu pilotul dvs. automat (SeaTalk NG, NMEA 2000).
- Cursă: Cursa actionatorului trebuie să fie adaptată unghiului maxim de cârma al ambarcațiunii dvs.
Instalare și mentenanță
O instalare corectă este crucială pentru a garanta performanța și fiabilitatea actionatorului dvs. O mentenanță regulată va prelungi durata de viață a acestuia.
- Instalare profesională: Recomandată pentru sisteme complexe, în special pentru cilindri hidraulici.
- Calibrare: Esențială pentru o funcționare optimă a pilotului automat. Urmați cu strictețe instrucțiunile producătorului.
- Întreținere regulată: Verificarea nivelurilor de ulei (pentru cilindri hidraulici), ungerea articulațiilor.
